# Rounak Kumar Singh

> Personal portfolio of Rounak Kumar Singh: B.Tech student at IIEST Shibpur, systems programmer. Writes about and builds things close to the metal (bytecode VMs, garbage collectors, DNS resolvers, BitTorrent clients).
